Its kinda odd that after the shooting incident of Ramgen Revilla and Janelle Manahan and the case has not yet been solved, here comes another issue about the 2 lovers. This one is the scandalous sex video. Just today a friend PM me on FB asking if I have the scandal video, well unfortunately I don’t have it yet because its my first time to hear about the issue.
I quickly searched it on Google by typing “Ramgen Revilla and Janelle Manahan Scandal” and surprisingly there are a lot of fresh results showing on the SERPs. Well, I only see pictures but later today, I am sure friends will give me links where to see the video. I just don’t know if I want to see a scandal video of a dead person.
Sorry to disappoint you my dear readers, I have no links pointing where to download the “Ramgen Revilla and Janelle Manahan Scandal” nor have the video file of the scandal video as of this posting.

After searching carefully online, ALAS! I found the site where the video was uploaded and I have seen the 55 seconds Ramgen Revilla and Janelle Manahan Scandal.
The sex video setting was on the bathroom and the two are doing it there. It was originally uploaded around December 29, 2011 but was deleted later that day, maybe because Facebook deleted it due to its censored content against nudity and sexuality content.. But the damage has been done, a lot of users has already downloaded the video on their hard drives and shared it on some private websites.
The said sex video scandal was uploaded over Facebook with a title “Ramgen Revilla and Janelle Manahan Scandal”. No wonder it was spread as fast as the flash because it was on FB, I just hope that their case will be solve as fast as this scandal video spreads over the internet, but unfortunately, justice in the Philippines is way to delayed and soon will be denied.

SEN. Ramon ‘Bong’ Revilla, Jr. has expressed his utmost disgust over the video now spreading over the Internet showing his slain brother, Ramgen Revilla, during his most intimate moments with girlfriend, Janelle Manahan.
“Masyado na nila binaboy ang kapatid ko,” he said. “Ngayon, pati si Janelle nadadamay pa sa kababuyan nila.”
Sen. Bong is asking the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) to look into this matter.
The senator, who is the co-author of the Republic Act 9995, or the Anti-Voyeurism Law of 2009 (with Buhay Partylist Representative Irwin Tieng as its main author), said whoever uploaded said video is breaking the law and must face the consequences.
It falls under video voyeurism which is defined as an “act of taking photo or video coverage of a person or group of persons performing sexual act or any similar activity or of capturing an image of the private area of a person or persons without the latter’s consent, under circumstances in which such person/s has/have a reasonable expectation of privacy, “or the act of selling, copying, reproducing, broadcasting, sharing, showing or exhibiting the photo or video coverage or recordings of such sexual act or similar activity through VCD/DVD, internet, cellular phones and similar means or device without the written consent of the person/s involved, notwithstanding that consent to record or take photo or video coverage of same was given by such person’s.”
Whoever violates this law is facing a seven-year imprisonment and/or a fine of P100,000.
