I have heard it in TV news but wasn’t interested on the news because of scandals coming out every now and then and I am always online and seen a lot of sex scandals on the web. But when I saw this CABUYAO SEX scandal, I was intrigue because the guy in the video and the responsible of making the footage is a Dean of the college of Nursing of the Pamantasan ng Cabuyao and also a Clinical Instructor of the lady in the video, a Nursing student of the said institution. What made me paid attention on this Sex Scandal is that the Dean was charged for violation of Article 201 (Immoral and Obscene Publication) and Article 356 (Threatening to Publish Obscene Publication) but would also be charged for violation of RA 7877 (Anti-Sexual Harassment Act), RA 8353 (Anti-Rape Law) and RA 9208 (Anti-Trafficking in Person Act).

I don’t know if there are negotiation happened prior to the activity but it is like that the lady (Nursing student) was enjoying while doing the said activity in a private room somewhere else, though, we can see on the beginning of the video that the girl was hesitant in engaging sex with the guy and there’s awkward moment but that’s just normal on people doing the said activity and I can view that there’s no sexual harassments happened here because the girl do it openly and I can see that she was enjoying it.
